Held on February 28th at The Huntsman.

Beaumont Seymour are happy to continue sponsoring the cricket.
Chairman’s report.
A successful season, not so many fixtures cancelled and results came in promptly. Teams now need to get ready for the new season.
Secretary’s report.
David Letch – senior coach had sent an e-mail to say he would be happy to come along to meetings, the AGM if asked.
Agreed it was a very positive gesture and the following proposal was made.
Proposal – To invite David Letch to the Presentation at the end of the season.

There had also been information about trials dates.
Action – Request information of schools where David has been in doing some coaching.
Treasurer’s Report.
The balance sheet was shared with all present members
2 subscriptions were still outstanding.
Beaumont Seymour sponsorship is in the process of being submitted.

Fixtures Secretary Report
David presented the fixture list for each club. Any changes must be submitted by the end of March.
Eight Ash Green and Police swap 12.05.06/30.06.06
Most results came in but key ones at the end of the season are needed more quickly.
Monday evening is the deadline for news reports.
At the beginning of the season there is plenty of space so is likely to get reports published.
Cost £68.90 for the year.

AOB Clubs need to ensure information about names in reports is cleared by all club members to be mentioned in reports in newspapers, particularly refers to Junior Members.
All clubs to let the Secretary have up-to-date e-mail and tel no.s. of their club members.
